In an interview with Law360, Joshua Nadreau discussed the NLRB decision that found the National Labor Relations Act did not protect Whole Foods workers' display of BLM messages on their work clothes because the demonstrations were not related closely enough to their working conditions. “Employers should look to the Whole Foods decision as a reminder of the importance of investigating and documenting the origins of workers' displays of support for social and political movements when defending against charges raising the issue,” said Josh.
