Labor Relations Co-Chair Reacts to House Passage of the Faster Labor Contracts Act

Steve Bernstein provided his reaction to the House passage of the Faster Labor Contracts Act (FLCA) by describing the legislation as having the potential to “lead to a sea change in the country’s well-established labor dynamic.” He went on to explain that, in its current form, the legislation could take away the rights of employers and unions to decide for themselves what goes into their initial collective bargaining agreements.
