Labor Relations Co-Chair Discusses How NLRB Uncertainty is Impacting Labor Practices

In an interview with The American Lawyer, Steven Bernstein shares his insight on how labor and employment firms are navigating uncertainty at the NLRB and whether this is impacting the work of labor practitioners. He explained demand from unionized clients and employers has remained steady and not increased because of current NLRB woes. “Coast to coast, we’ve seen no decline in needs for services.” In fact, he said, the team has continued to grow across the country.
