In an interview with Law360, Steven Bernstein discusses the repeal of Michigan’s right-to-work law and whether that state’s decision will impact what other states may do with their own right-to-work laws. He explains that the states that adopted right-to-work laws after 2010 were in similar economic situations and competing with one another to some extent. Those factors led those states to adopt right-to-work laws all around the same time and could indicate which states may be the next to take up repeal efforts. "The economy, in some ways, can speak volumes about where a particular region of the country will go," Steven said.
