In an article published by Today’s General Counsel, Nicholas Anhold and Albert Brannen are quoted for their insight on how the NLRB will soon be taking a tougher stance against employers who misrepresent how things could change if employees voted to unionize. The authors list seven things employers might not be able to say as the decision may restrict employers’ right to explain how unionization could impact the day-to-day working relationship between them and their employees.
