In an article published by Bloomberg Law, Joshua Nadreau discussed how a Stanford University union case could give the Trump-era NLRB an opportunity to revisit the Columbia University precedent on student-worker organizing. "These cases ended up being very detailed and that gives the board a lot of space to say that Columbia doesn't govern" the residential workers at Stanford, said Joshua. "That points to the most expeditious way forward for the board."
