Erin Gibson Allen has been selected as a 2026 Woman of Influence by the Pittsburgh Business Times. The Women of Influence Awards program honors the region's businesswomen who are helping to lead their organizations into the future, making significant, impactful change in the region and getting deeply involved in their communities.
At Fisher Phillips, Erin is Co-Chair of the firm's Non-Profit Practice Group, where she brings clarity to complex organizational and employment matters and provides strategic counsel to non-profits and other mission-driven organizations. Beyond her legal practice, Erin shapes the next generation of legal professionals as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and serves as a respected thought leader whose writing provides high-value guidance for boards and executives on topics ranging from religious tax exemptions to workplace investigations.
Erin and the other 2026 honorees will be celebrated in a special edition of the Pittsburgh Business Times on May 8 and at an awards celebration on May 14 at Acrisure Stadium.
