Co-chair of Hospitality Group Discusses Challenges with “No Tax on Overtime”

In an interview with The New York Times, Alden Parker discusses the challenges employers face with implementation of the "no tax on overtime" rule. He explained that companies are struggling with the complex calculations required under the new law and predicts the rule will create significant compliance burdens for employers as they work to adjust payroll systems and ensure accurate reporting.
