As a result, managers play an important role in encouraging their workforce to get vaccinated by helping employees understand why it is critical for the business. Kevin recommends that employers also enlist the help of other influential people to encourage employee vaccination, and he specifically points to trusted figures in the community including medical professionals and faith leaders.
