Brian Coughlin Discusses Labor Department H-1B Fraud Investigations

In an interview with Bloomberg Law, Brian Coughlin discussed the Labor Department Inspector General's expansion of investigative authority into employer H-1B visa fraud. “This is terminology that you don’t ordinarily associate with H-1B investigations. I’m concerned that they’re going to conflate an employer’s potential noncompliance with very complicated esoteric prevailing wage guidelines and deliberate abuse of immigration programs,” said Brian.
