In an interview with the Boston Business Journal, Cheryl Pinarchick helps clarify whether employees can be required to receive a vaccination before returning to the workplace. While employers can mandate their employees receive the vaccine, Cheryl provides insight on possible risks to requiring it before it is fully approved by the FDA. As the vaccine rollout becomes more widespread, she also recommends that employers start thinking about what their policy is going to be and then put it in writing and apply it consistently.
