In an interview with Bloomberg Law, Arthur Wolfson discussed the Trump administration's review of proposed changes to the Biden-era silica rule for mine safety. Arthur cautioned that the Labor Department will need to carefully craft the revised rule, noting: "They're going to have to write it in a way that can be defended in court because I think you can anticipate a lawsuit."
