In an interview with The American Lawyer, John Polson, Fisher Phillips' Chair and Managing Partner, discusses the success of the firm and how strong demand for complex litigation and data privacy services helped drive a 17.8% increase in revenue in 2025. He explains that the firm experienced "a lot more trials, a lot more arbitrations [and] a lot more class actions" along with unprecedented state-level data privacy litigation that fueled the growth.
John also discusses growth in certain U.S. markets and touches on the firm's success internationally with the launch of Tokyo and the revenue from Mexico.
