Big changes are here for federal contractors. The U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has issued three new final rules that reshape federal contractor obligations.
Driven by Executive Order 14173, these changes reflect the Department of Labor’s effort to roll back requirements it views as legally vulnerable. What do these changes mean for federal contractors, and what requirements still apply?
Join Government Contracting, Compliance, and Reporting Practice Chair Sheila Abron and Jennifer Sandberg for a practical discussion of the new rules and their impact on federal contractors and subcontractors. They’ll break down what changed, what remains in place, and what organizations should be doing now to stay compliant. The discussion will also address how federal contractors and subcontractors should adjust their affirmative action and reporting programs as these changes take effect.
