All private employers with 100 or more employees must file their EEO-1 Reports by September 30. Federal contractors with 50 or more employees (and a $50,000 contract) must also file EEO-1 Reports by the same deadline. In addition, most federal contractors must also file the new VETS-4212 Report (formerly VETS-100/100A) by September 30.
The EEO-1 filing website is open and employers are now receiving their notification letters.
