Overview
Juan Araneda is a partner in the firm's San Francisco office. His practice focuses on litigation, emphasizing the defense of employers in all aspects of employment law, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, disability claims and wage and hour law class actions. Juan represents employers in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies, including the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, Employment Development Department, Department of Fair Employment and Housing and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
In addition to his litigation practice, Juan also counsels human resources professionals and employers on employment practices, contracts, separation agreements, employee relations, and maintaining compliance with state and federal laws.
