Robin Repass

Robin advises employers regarding all aspects of managing a workforce, including injury accommodations, and the interplay with various federal and state plan OSHA requirements, sick leave laws, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and other employer obligations. Robin is a passionate advocate in defense of employers before government agencies and administrative boards, such as the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission and state plan review commissions, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission. She is experienced in counseling and defending employers regarding citations, whistleblower claims, discrimination claims, wrongful termination, and employment law claims based on federal law and the laws of various states.

In representing employers, Robin values creating partnerships with each of her clients, based on their unique needs. In doing so, Robin works with her clients to tailor preventative measures, including policy reviews, updates, and trainings tailored to the needs of the employer's workplace. Robin is especially passionate about partnering with employers to create safe and healthy workplaces. She is also a frequent speaker and author on employment law matters, public policy, and workplace safety and health topics.

Robin earned her law degree from the University of Tennessee. She also served in the Tennessee Air National Guard and is a Gulf War veteran.

Robin is admitted to practice in California, Colorado, the District of Columbia, Maryland, Tennessee, Washington (inactive), and Wyoming. Robin is not currently admitted in Florida, but is supervised by a licensed Florida bar member, and she limits her Florida practice to federal OSHA and workplace safety matters.
