With a background as a former in-house counsel of a leading nuclear energy corporation in South Korea, she understands her clients’ business challenges and brings unique insight in helping balance interests to reach beneficial solutions. Julia’s approach is centered on providing practical solutions tailored to each client’s need, and she takes great pride in her responsiveness.

With nearly two decades of relevant experience, Julia regularly handles all types of immigrant and non-immigrant visas petitions, such as EB-1 for extraordinary ability aliens and multinational managers, National Interest Waivers (NIW), H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-2, E-3, J-1, as well as PERM labor certifications and complex audits. She also has extensive experience with P-1 visas for professional and nonprofessional athletes.
