Overview
Dave Lentz leads Fisher Phillips’ Executive Leadership Team and serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. He oversees the firm’s business operations including information technology, knowledge management, finance, marketing and business development and talent management. He works closely with the firm’s Management Committee to guide the strategic and operational direction of the firm. With a priority on delivering client service excellence to firm clients, its attorneys and professional staff, Dave is consistently mindful of the changing needs of the modern employer. The seamless integration across the Executive Leadership Team truly sets Fisher Phillips apart as it enables collaboration, innovation, and diversity of ideas.
Prior to his tenure with us, Dave served as the Chief Operating Officer of another mid-west based AmLaw 200 firm. He has also held senior level roles in technology consulting and began his career in commercial banking.
