What’s Next for Uber Drivers’ Lawsuit?

“I think Uber will take a hard look to try to get it resolved (out of court) so the employment status won’t be litigated,” said Jason. “A settlement resolution that provides the drivers remain as independent contractors is a huge victory for them.”
