ATLANTA, GA (June 16, 2016) – Fisher Phillips Partners Roger Quillen, Charles Caulkins and Jeff Weintraub have been named to "The Top 100 Most Powerful Employment Attorneys" by Human Resource Executive magazine. The list of influential employment attorneys was compiled on the basis of curriculum-vitae analyses, evaluations by clients and peers, and reporting by the staff of Lawdragon, a media company and networking site for lawyers and clients.

This marks the seventh consecutive year that Quillen has been included on this prestigious list and the sixth consecutive year that Caulkins has been on the list.

Quillen joined Fisher Phillips in 1980 and has served on the firm's management committee since 1997. He has been the firm's chairman and managing partner since 1999. Quillen is effectively the CEO of an organization with 350 attorneys and an additional support staff of more than 300 people. His practice involves litigation covering a wide range of employment discrimination issues, employee welfare benefit plans, the Railway Labor Act and issues arising before the National Labor Relations Board and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. His special emphasis is in federal appellate litigation.

Quillen graduated from The Ohio State University College of Law with honors. He also holds a Master of Science from Purdue University and two bachelor’s degrees from The Ohio State University.

Caulkins serves on the Fisher Phillips Management Committee. Since 1977, Caulkins has represented employers nationally in labor and employment law matters. This includes advising employers on the development and implementation of preventive labor relations programs to avoid charges and lawsuits, protect trade secrets, and resolve disputes. He also handles employment related litigation and arbitrations before state and federal courts and administrative agencies involving claims of discrimination, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, OSHA and other statutory claims.

Caulkins is a member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Chamber of Commerce, was the 2006 Chairman of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, and was a founding member and past President of the Academy of Florida Management Attorneys. He was honored with the 2011 Chair's Award by the Florida Chamber of Commerce for his outstanding leadership as a member of the Chamber's Board of Directors.  He is also Chair of the Broward Workshop.

Weintraub serves as the Managing Partner of the firm’s Memphis office. He has represented employers in more than 59 jury and bench trials in the private and public sectors in employment-harassment/discrimination and retaliatory discharge lawsuits. He also handles Equal Employment Opportunity Commission charges, labor cases, wage and hour cases, and enforcing non-competes in all federal and state courts and agencies, various Courts of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Weintraub currently serves on the SHRM-Memphis Board of Directors, the Executive Board of the Chickasaw Council of the Boy Scouts of America and Memphis Orchestral Society Board. He is a graduate of the University of Memphis School of Law.
