San Diego Attorney Discusses Bystander Training Policies

Quoted in the Daily Journal article “Bystander training can reduce or increase legal challenges,” San Diego Associate Megan Walker discusses the importance of bystander training in the workplace. She says bystander training allows companies to better teach signs of problematic behavior to its workforce, though she warns that if the message comes across as accusatory, people might tune it out.

Megan explains that bystander training could decrease litigation, if executed properly. The training is meant to help a company get ahead of harassment and create a better workplace.
