Holiday Parties At Work: Don't Be That Person
James Douglass offered The Tampa Bay Business Journal tips on hosting holiday functions this season.
About 66 percent of organizations plan to have a 2013 end-of-the-year or holiday party, according to the Society for Human Resource Management.
“Schedule the party on a week night, when employees will be less tempted to overindulge,” Douglass suggested.
It may also be a good idea to arrange for designated drivers or offer cab reimbursement for alcohol-impaired employees.
