News

3.19.20

Companies across the country are looking for relief wherever they can find it, and many are hoping OSHA will relax certain requirements during these difficult times. In an interview with Bloomberg Law, Travis Vance said that he has talked to over 250 clients in the past 14 days about coronavirus concerns, and he said that OSHA has been ‘reasonable’ in response to certain requirements. In particular, he noted that “OSHA has been reasonable with respect to rescheduling trials coming up in the next month or so.” Travis went on to say, “as professionals and management side attorneys, we want to keep everyone safe at the end of the day, and in that shared mission we’re working to push back deadlines so we can service clients and respond to their needs.”
