Steve Bernstein was quoted in Law360 on March 10, 2015. The article “Five States That Could Be The Next 'Right To Work' Hot Spots” discussed why Wisconsin becoming the 25th "right to work state" is expected to encourage a push for similar legislation elsewhere.

Steve said the number 25 had potent symbolic value.

“I do think that it will operate to embolden the right to work movement,” Steve said of the Wisconsin law. “You begin to see the other side of that tunnel, and it's probably easier for supporters to visualize a day when virtually the entire country is right to work.”
