10 Trends That Will Shape HR in 2020
With the rapid evolution of technology and employment law, 2020 is looking to be a challenging year for compliance with changing workplace policies and regulations. HR Dive takes a look at the 10 trends that will shape the way work gets done this year and spoke with Atlanta partner, Jennifer Sandberg, on what she thinks employers will face this year. Jennifer says that state and local laws will continue to cause compliance headaches: “I think for most employers, the continuing legislative activity coming out of the various states is really one of the hardest things for an employer to manage and keep up with.” Additionally, Jennifer identified wage and hour issues and pay equity issues as top of mind for employers in 2020.
