In a recent Law360 interview, Jason Roberts talked about moving his employment law practice to Fisher Phillips’ expanding Philadelphia office. He is the 16th attorney added to the firm since it moved to a larger space in Center City Philadelphia in 2020, increasing the office’s headcount to 32 attorneys. 

"My focus in the education and financial services industries was a great fit given Fisher Phillips' coast-to-coast teams working with clients in these areas," said Jason, who will join the firm’s Employee Defection and Trade Secrets group. "I have been impressed with how Fisher Phillips has emerged as one of the go-to firms for these employers and am excited to hit the ground running with the team." 

Jason focuses his practice on providing preventive workplace counseling and managing employment litigation matters that involve employee discipline and termination, protection of confidential information, restrictive covenants, discrimination, and harassment. 

His clients include higher education institutions such as state-funded universities, historically black colleges and universities, and liberal arts colleges.
