In an article about the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling on the overtime rule, McKnight’s Senior Living cites an insight co-authored by Patrick Dalin, Marty Heller, and Corina Johnson. In their piece, the authors explain that high-earning workers making more than $200,000 a year might be eligible for overtime pay. Using this Supreme Court case as an example, the co-authors explain that “the decision is a wake-up call for all employers to review their OT exemptions to ensure they are compliant with applicable federal and state requirements.”
