
Overview
Yuri Khadka is an associate in Fisher Phillips’ Sacramento office who represents businesses in employment disputes and labor claims.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Yuri was an associate in the Sacramento office of a worker’s compensation defense law firm. Her experience also includes focusing on labor and employment issues as a law clerk at a local public utility company and drafting memoranda for FDA approvals as a summer legal intern at a medical device company.
While in law school, Yuri served as editor of the University of the Pacific Law Review and was a board member of both McGeorge’s Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA) and the Womxn of Color Collective (WOCC). She was also a student member of the Anthony M. Kennedy American Inn of Court.
She is the co-founder of Project Hami, a non-profit leveraging social media to uplift individuals in need, amplify community awareness, and drive impactful fundraising initiatives.
