Xuan Zhou is a member of Fisher Phillips’ Privacy and Cyber Team, based in San Diego. She defends businesses in class action litigation stemming from data security incidents, drawing on years of litigation experience in both state and federal courts. Her background includes matters involving emerging technologies, including cryptocurrency.
She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US and CIPP/E) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), and has completed multiple cybersecurity programs, including the IBM Cybersecurity Analyst Professional Certificate, the Cyber Threat Intelligence and the Network Security and Database Vulnerabilities certificates.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Xuan was an associate on the Cyber Team at a large national labor and employment firm. She holds law degrees from Nankai University and St. John's University School of Law, as well as a bachelor's degree from Yunnan University of Finance and Economics.
