
Overview
Vivian Isaboke is an associate in the firm’s New Jersey office and a member of the Privacy and Cyber practice group. Vivian advises clients on data privacy, cybersecurity, AI governance, and technology transactions across the U.S. and internationally. She helps organizations design and implement privacy governance programs and policies, manage cross-border data compliance, and align operational practices with evolving global privacy and cyber requirements.
Vivian also represents clients in website-related privacy and data tracking litigation, including defending against digital wiretapping and pixel tracking claims under federal and state laws
Vivian holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) designations from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Vivian was a data privacy consultant for a cybersecurity consulting firm where she advised on compliance with national and international data privacy laws and regulations. She also formerly served as in-house counsel for a multinational bank, where she focused on data privacy regulatory compliance matters while leading a comprehensive data privacy program.
During law school, Vivian co-founded and served as Senior Articles Editor for the Rutgers International Law and Human Rights Journal, in addition to being the Managing Articles Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law & Public Policy. After graduating, Vivian served as a law clerk to the Honorable Andrea J. Sullivan of the New Jersey Superior Court - Middlesex County Vicinage.
