Virginia Wong is an associate in Fisher Phillips’ Los Angeles office and defends a wide range of employers, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, in all areas of labor and employment law. She advises clients on workplace policies, conducts internal investigations, and defends against claims involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and claims under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA).
With a heavy litigation background, Virginia helps clients proactively manage risk and strategically resolve disputes. She advises employers across a wide range of industries, focusing on litigation prevention by delivering effective, timely solutions.
Before joining the firm, Virginia was an associate at a national, multi-practice law firm where she focused on products liability, toxic tort, and employment law matters.
Virginia graduated from Southwestern Law School where she was an editor and published author for the Southwestern Journal of International Law.
