
Overview
Victor Ng is an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office and defends employers in workplace-related matters, including representative wage and hour class and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) actions, as well as discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. Victor represents businesses in arbitration, California Labor Commissioner hearings, Civil Rights Department and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) investigations, EEOC enforcement class actions, and in state and federal courts.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Victor was an associate at a national law firm where he represented employers in complex wage and hour litigation, involving multiple collective bargaining agreements, alternative workweek schedules, and misclassification issues. He also handled wrongful termination, breach of contract, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and ADA accommodation and disability discrimination claims, as well as privacy-related claims including HIPAA violations, Medi-Cal/Medicaid fraud claims, and sexual harassment and sexual assault matters. Victor has experience representing clients across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, trucking, construction, manufacturing, auto dealerships, security and patrolling services, cannabis, religious and faith-based organizations, private schools, nonprofits, and national retail chains. He also brings prior experience as coverage counsel for domestic and international insurers, advising on complex privacy and cyber breach incidents and high-exposure professional liability claims.
