Tuan Nguyen

Tuan Nguyen is an associate in the firm’s Irvine office who defends clients in various employment-related disputes, helps them comply with laws and regulations governing the workplace, and counsels them on other aspects of employment relationships. As a litigator, he has settled numerous cases and argued motions in federal, state, and appellate courts in several jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Tuan litigated trial and arbitration proceedings for the largest consumer law firm based in Ontario, California. His experience includes obtaining a successful outcome as first chair at trial representing a corporate entity in a trademark infringement, breach of contract, and business dispute.
