Timothy Holdsworth, a partner in Fisher Phillips’ Atlanta office, is a trusted advocate for employers who is known for crafting practical, tailored solutions to complex workplace issues. He represents and advises businesses of all sizes – both public and private – on the full spectrum of labor and employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims; employee leave and accommodation issues; wage and hour disputes; and the enforcement of non-compete, non-solicitation, and confidentiality agreements.
Tim’s practice blends litigation strength with proactive counseling. He has successfully defended clients in federal and state courts as well as before governmental agencies, obtaining dismissals and favorable resolutions in high stakes matters. Beyond litigation, he partners with employers on day-to-day employment questions, helping them manage risk, maintain compliance, and foster healthy workplace cultures.
An Atlanta native, Tim earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Georgia, graduating with honors both times. After law school, he clerked for Magistrate Judge Brian K. Epps in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.
