Te’Aira Law defends national employers and corporations in high-stakes labor and employment litigation, with a particular focus on wage and hour claims, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and complex multi-party actions. Drawing on more than a decade of experience, Te’Aira handles class actions, single-plaintiff lawsuits, and PAGA representative actions in federal and state courts, as well as arbitration. She regularly advises businesses on compliance with employment statutes such as the FLSA, FEHA, Title VII, ADA, and California-specific laws, guiding clients through workplace investigations, policy development, and risk assessment.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Te’Aira served as an associate at a national full-service law firm, where she defended employers in labor and employment matters across multiple industries. Her prior experience managing complex employment litigation and counseling corporate clients provides her with a valuable perspective that she brings to every engagement, ensuring proactive, responsive, and effective representation.
