By staying in front of USCIS regulations and providing timely counsel to clients, Tatiana ensures that the employer's investment in its employees and the role they play in achieving business objectives are maximized.
Tatiana represents multinational corporate clients across a variety of industries, including financial services, media and telecommunications, information technology software services, information technology consulting services, business analytics, automobile manufacturing, professional employment organizations (PEO), engineering, and healthcare.
Among her various areas of emphasis, Tatiana assists employers in the preparation of nonimmigrant visa applications and petitions, ranging from H-1B, L-1, O, E-2, and TN categories, to employment-based immigrant petitions, including EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 and related PERM Labor Certification, and general immigration compliance.
Prior to joining the firm, Tatiana worked at a mid-sized general practice in Framingham and attended the University of Massachusetts School of Law.
