Stephanie Hammond

Stephanie Hammond is an associate in the firm’s Seattle office and a member of the firm’s Immigration Practice Group. She guides employers through the challenges of workforce compliance and employment authorization, leveraging her experience handling I-9 compliance, E-Verify processes, and employment eligibility matters for global technology companies and high-growth businesses. With a strong focus on business immigration and work authorization, Stephanie manages caseloads involving immigrant and nonimmigrant employment-based filings, including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, STEM OPT, EAD, PERM, and related matters.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Stephanie was an associate at an international Am Law firm, where she managed high-volume L-1 and PERM caseloads for major technology and pharmaceutical clients.
