Overview
Sophia Cromwell is an associate in the firm’s Cleveland office who advises employers on a broad range of business immigration issues. She assists both corporate and individual clients with processing employment-based visas, including H-1B, L-1, and O-1 petitions, as well as permanent residence applications. Sophia also assists employers with evolving immigration policies and develops strategies to meet workforce needs.
Sophia earned her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she was a Vattel International Law Scholar Scholarship recipient and served as Publishing Editor for the Journal of Law Technology & the Internet.
Before attending law school, Sophia worked as an immigration paralegal at a Cleveland law firm, where she assisted individuals, families, and businesses with a wide variety of immigration processes.
