He has served as lead eDiscovery counsel in a wide variety of multi-jurisdictional cases and frequently advises businesses on document retention, preservation, and production issues.

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Simon was counsel for a litigation firm focused on complex trial and appellate work where he advised on eDiscovery best practices and managed defensive eDiscovery efforts in a high-stakes product liability matter.
