Overview
Sharon Morgan is a partner in Fisher Phillips’ Atlanta office who represents private and public sector employers in the full range of employment-related litigation and workplace matters. She also provides day-to-day counsel on all aspects of the employment relationship, including hiring and contract negotiations, employment agreements, compensation, disability and leave management, wage and hour compliance, employee discipline, investigations of discrimination or unfair treatment, and terminations or reductions in force.
Known for her proactive, solutions-oriented approach, Sharon helps clients meet complex legal requirements while supporting their broader business objectives. She co-chairs the firm’s Public Sector Industry Group and advises public employers on constitutional issues and other matters unique to the public sector, drawing on extensive experience with the legal and operational realities they face.
A respected and frequent speaker, Sharon trains employers on topics such as workplace harassment prevention, employee leaves and accommodations, EEO/whistleblower protections, and conducting internal investigations. She also develops customized management and employee training programs, equipping HR professionals and in-house counsel with practical tools to educate their workforce and promote a positive and compliant work environment.
