Shannon E. Murphy

Shannon Murphy defends employers in various labor and employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, wage disputes, and retaliation claims in federal and state courts. She also conducts investigations in response to workplace misconduct complaints.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Shannon was an associate at a national, full-service law firm where she focused on labor and employment defense litigation and general liability defense.

During law school, she was an editor of the Florida Law Review and was a judicial extern for the Honorable Robert E. Long, Jr. of the First District Court of Appeal.
