Shannen Garrett advises employers on various labor and employment-related matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination, as well as wage and hour claims and PAGA representative actions. Shannen also advises on best workplace-related practices, drafts employee handbooks, and revises existing policies to ensure compliance with current California laws.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Shannen was an associate at a Los Angeles-based boutique law firm where she focused on litigating a wide range of employment matters, from discrimination and harassment to negligent hiring, retention and supervision, and motor vehicle negligence and premises liability.
