Sarah In is an associate in Fisher Phillips’ Dallas office who represents employers in all phases of workplace litigation. Her work includes representing clients in federal, state, and arbitral forums in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, wage and hour, and restrictive covenants.
Licensed in both Texas and California, Sarah actively manages matters across jurisdictions, providing seamless representation for employers with multi-state operations.

During law school, Sarah served as an Articles Editor for the UC Davis Law Review, as President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and volunteered at the Employment Law Clinic of the Voluntary Legal Services Program of Northern California.
