Overview
Sarah represents employers in a variety of employment law matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wage and hour litigation. She also frequently advises clients on implementing and drafting various handbook policies.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Sarah interned with a mid-sized national employment and insurance coverage firm representing a wide range of clients. She also interned for the Honorable Raymond J. Ikola for the California Court of Appeal and the Honorable Theodor C. Albert in United States Bankruptcy Court. Prior to attending law school Sarah worked in business development and government contracting for a Woman-Owned Small Business in Denver, Colorado.
