Sandrinne Antony counsels businesses on employment matters arising in corporate transactions, restructurings, compliance-driven projects, and day-to-day workforce issues. A corporate lawyer by background, she brings nearly a decade of experience working with multinational organisations and stakeholders at all levels on complex national and cross-border projects, including M&A transactions and corporate reorganisations.
Drawing on that experience, Sandrinne approaches employment matters with a strong understanding of the broader commercial and operational considerations driving her clients’ decisions. She provides practical, business-focused advice on employment-related due diligence, employment agreements, workplace policies and procedures, restructurings, redundancies, TUPE transfers, and other workforce issues arising from significant business change.
