Samuel N. Milliken

Samuel “Nick” Milliken is an associate in the firm’s Portland, Maine office and advises employers on all aspects of immigration law. Nick prepares and submits petitions for both non-immigrant and immigrant visas, prepares clients for interviews with USCIS officers, and works with employers to understand their goals and find creative solutions.

During law school, Nick was a student attorney for the Maine Law Refugee and Human Rights Clinic, was a Rural Practice Fellow with the Dirigo Law Group, and served as a staff editor and case note and comment editor for the Ocean and Coastal Law Journal. He also won the 2025 Immigration Law Award.
