Samantha Moss has nearly a decade of experience defending and advising employers in a wide range of workplace-related disputes, including harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour, breach of contract, and negligent hiring matters. Samantha is passionate about helping businesses improve compliance and in obtaining favorable contract terms to avoid costly litigation in the future. Her experience also includes providing sexual harassment training, preparing onboarding and offboarding documents, employee handbooks, and other custom-tailored policies.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Samantha was counsel for a multinational labor and employment law firm where she managed the litigation practice and defended employers in all aspects of employment litigation.
