
Overview
Samuel Kim is an associate in Fisher Phillips’ Irvine office, where he defends employers on a variety of employment matters, including wage and hour claims, discrimination and retaliation claims, and PAGA/class actions. He also advises employers on employment policies, contracts, and preemptive strategies to counteract future litigation.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Samuel externed for the Hon. Consuelo B. Marshall at the United States District Court, Central District of California and worked as a legal assistant at Compass Group USA, a Fortune Global 500 Company.
Samuel earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he served as the chair for the International Refugees Assistance Project Chapter and as board member for the Asian Pacific Islander Law Students Association. He also served as a mentor for the UCLA Law Fellows program and as a Writing Advisor for first year law school students. He earned his B.A. in Political Science with a Minor in Philosophy at Davidson College.
