Rosa Hernandez represents employers in litigation matters and advises on a full range of state and federal labor and employment laws. Rosa also drafts employment policies, handbooks, and severance agreements.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Rosa was an associate for an AM Law 100 national multi-practice law firm where she focused on employment litigation and arbitration matters in California.
During law school, Rosa was a Judicial Extern in the Complex Civil Litigation Department of the Superior Court of California.
